THEIR DAY BEGAN AT A TRAILHEAD
I woke up at 3am the morning of A + D's elopement and drove to the trailhead to meet for the hike. It was early and we were all still a little groggy. Filled with hiking excitement we started on the 10 mile trek into the lake that A + D chose for their elopement.
The trail was quiet and the only light was our headlamps guiding us through the darkness. The sun was just rising towards the end of the hike and I could see the lake peeking behind the tall cliff faces. A + D started getting ready in the woods as I surveyed the best spot for vows.
In that moment as they said their vows against the backdrop of the lake I knew my why. I knew it was to capture couples in their happy place, holding space for them.

LOCATION GUIDANCE + PERMIT ASSISTANCE
I will help you search for the perfect locations for your elopement. If you have a dream location already in mind I will use that to help you plan. For weddings in National Parks I will work with you to make sure you have all the info needed for a special use permit.
ONLINE GALLERY + PRINTING RIGHTS
You will have full printing rights so you can display your wedding photos how you choose. You'll also be able to access your gallery online to download and order prints + albums.
OPTIONAL OFFICIANT SERVICES
In addition to photographing your elopement, I'm ordained with the Universal Life Church so I can marry you from behind the camera.
FILM PHOTOGRAPHY
As well as receiving digital images, you will also receive nostalgic film imagery from your day.
A PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE
You'll receive an exclusive elopement guide, planning portal and checklist to help you with vendors, locations, timeline creation + permit guidance to help plan a memorable day.
SNEAK PEEKS
Shortly after your wedding you will have access to select images from your day to view before your final gallery is delivered.
NO ADDITIONAL TRAVEL FEES
My own travel fees are included in all packages so you can focus on planning your wedding day. This also makes it so you don't have to worry about inflation rates, changes in gas prices or airfare.

Need florals or a baker for a personalized cake? I have an extensive vendor list that I share and continue to add to to help planning run smoothly.

I know a video call might make some a little nervous but it's important for you and your photographer to vibe right away. This gives you an opportunity to ask me any questions and for me to explain how your day will unfold. We'll go over timeline, what to expect at all points of planning. We will curate your day together!

WHAT SHOULD WE DO FIRST WHEN PLANNING OUR ADVENTURE ELOPEMENT?
The first thing to do is to figure out what types of activities you love doing together! I will send over a questionnaire to help you decide what works best. After a review of the questionnaire we will make 3 detailed elopement plans including multiple locations built around your vision for your day. Afterwards, you can choose the one that works best for you!

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH DESTINATION WEDDINGS?
Yes, I travel all over the US + international locations for elopements and weddings. No location is too far!

DO YOU INCLUDE TRAVEL FEES?
All travel fees are included for Vermont + New England elopements and weddings. Separate pricing applies to out of state locations.

DO YOU SHOOT BOTH FILM + DIGITAL
Yes! I primarily shoot digital and backup any images I take on film on digital as well. Film is unpredictable so thats why I like to back up all images.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME OF YEAR TO ELOPE?
This depends on where and when you would like to elope! The best season to elope is Fall/Winter if you love the cold months and prioritize foliage. The Fall/Winter season in New England runs between September-March. If you love warmer months then you should build your elopement timeline around May-August to get those wildflower blooms!

WHICH PACKAGE IS RIGHT FOR US?
This will depend on how many hours you would like for your day! We will work together during our consult call to pick a package that works for you both and will allow enough time for all the awesome adventures your planning. If you're not sure which package works best you can always go with the Half Day package which is the most popular among my clients.

CAN WE INVITE FRIENDS + FAMILY FOR OUR ADVENTURE ELOPEMENT?
Of course you can! Typically elopements are between 2-20 people so you can absolutely bring your loved ones on board. We will work together to make sure your location is accommodating for everyone you choose to bring with you!

It's ok to feel awkward! I will guide you through poses to help you feel natural and comfortable.
