HEY, I'M RAE!
Let me tell you a little bit about myself
Growing up in New Hampshire I was always trying new hiking trails and exploring the outdoors. I love traveling to new places to capture epic adventure hiking elopements with the best views or smaller intimate weddings right in your backyard. I truly believe I have the best job in the world that allows me to capture memories for my couples in a way that's true to them.
I live for celebrating love and documenting the moments in between. The fleeting parts of your adventure together that photos hold onto. A reminder that you were there, living breathing and laughing.
I'M BASED OUT OF CENTRAL VERMONT AND I'M PROUD TO CALL THE GREEN MOUNTAINS MY HOME
I grew up in New Hampshire with many visits to the coast and various hikes in the Whites. With not much to lose, I packed up my cat and all my belongings and hopped up to Burlington, Vermont! I fell in love with how green this state is both sustainable and visually! I enjoyed living in the city for a few years but eventually met my partner and moved to Central Vermont where I live now full of dirt roads, lakes, ponds and just raw beauty. When I'm not photographing you can probably find me in a kayak.

MY WHY
I'VE BEEN PHOTOGRAPHING HUMANS AND LOVE FOR THE PAST 4 1/2 YEARS. I LIKE TO THINK I HAVE THE BEST JOB IN THE WORLD. EVERY PERSON THAT I'VE GOTTEN TO PHOTOGRAPH OVER THE YEARS HAS MOLDED ME INTO THE HUMAN I AM TODAY.
Anyone can be a photographer and deliver photos but I go beyond that. I aim to hold a space for you that allows you to be true to yourself. I want you to dream big! This day should be about you and cultivating an experience that will last an eternity. Forget the posed photos and the expectations for you to do "what is right". There is no right or wrong way to get married! Let's create art together to authentically preserve those once in a lifetime memories.
